DEVELOPMENTAL (Ages 12–15)
Build strength, speed, and confidence through structured training designed to develop well-rounded athletes.
At this stage, athletes begin to train to improve performance while reinforcing proper technique and safe movement.
They'll learn:
Strength and body control through proper lifting mechanic
Speed, agility, and change in direction
Core strength and overall stability
Proper technique for safe and effective training
PREP (Ages 13–18)
Performance-driven training for middle and high school athletes looking to gain an edge and compete at the next level.
This program focuses on building strength, speed, and power while preparing athletes for the physical demands of their sport.
They'll learn:
Strength and explosive power for on-field performance
Speed, agility, and quickness for game situations
Sport-specific conditioning and endurance
Injury-prevention movement patterns and durability
1:1 & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
For athletes needing focused attention, skill‑specific work, or accelerated development.
They'll learn:

Your athlete’s first session is designed to give them a positive, confidence‑building introduction to D1. We take the time to understand how they move, what their goals are, and where they may need support.
